I purchased my Sleep Inc. mattress on May 25, 2018. I weight 150 lbs. and the only person who sleeps in my bed. My mattress was purchased with the intention of helping with my back issues. Within 4 months of use, I thought my bed was sagging, but I did not give it much thought. The following month, it was visible there was a substantial dip in the mattress. I went to the store where the mattress was purchased to ask what I should do. The Sales Rep. told me to file a Warranty Claim over the computer. I was told to take pictures of the mattress (nothing more) and gave instructions on how to get the best photos of the sagging area. Today, I attempted to file my claim, but discovered Mattress One requires photos of the box spring AND frame as well! I called the Help Line, asking why the other photos were needed. I did not have a problem with those items - just the mattress. However, all I was told was, it was their policy to get a photo of everything. I said my back issues prevented me from lifting the mattress and box spring by myself. The Rep. stated that for $79.95, Mattress One would send someone to take the necessary photos for me! It's amazing what companies will do to get every penny they possibly can. So the Bottom Line is: #1 I can either pay Mattress One $79.95 to send someone out to review their dysfunctional merchandise and take photos. OR, I can find someone living nearby and pay them something to move the mattress and box spring around while I take photos. #2 Should Mattress One agree my mattress of 6 months is in fact a sagging piece of junk..... I can either pick up the replacement myself OR PAY to have the new one delivered. How Appalling! Someone, please tell why I should have to pay for a defective piece of merchandise to be replaced? At what point does the company ever accept responsibility for what they sell?

Explaination

There are dozens of instances of complaints, can't get any satisfaction through customer service. People can not get their money refunded for cancelled sales. This is what happens when you purchase through a company in bankruptcy.

Good post. That place has been the worst store in Ocala for years.

Great parking though. All spots are always empty.

Cora is a crook and I'm sure gets paid to lie and cheat the local customer. Don't go there.

I purchased a pillow top mattress from your company store located at south post oak and 610 location. I was informed that this was plush mattress every since I purchased this mattress it feels as if I’ve been sleeping on bricks. This is the worse mattress I have every purchased in all my years of living. I honestly believe that this Matress is a firm top matress. I believe I was fooled by your store Rep and that the prices where changed. I have been using this mattress for at least 6 months with not one change in the texture this is the most horrible experience and by body feels as if it’s going to break into. This is not the same mattress I laid on in you store and the lies that ere told stated you have to break the mattress in. This mattress should be taken of the sales floor.I hate I walked into you store. Sabrina.O

Delivery

Delivery is supposed to call 1hr ahead of time. They did not. I have a cell phone call log to prove that. They called when they were at the gate. I called them back 9min later and they said they left and would reschedule. What about the one hour notice i asked...they lied and said they called... again i have the proof. So i called the lical store for help and the lasy eas very rude and un concerned with my situation. Her attitude suvked because I cursed during the conversation. I forget...whos the customer? Am i nit allowed to use the words damn and *** Either way how about just helping me get my damn 1800 worth of *** i ordered delivered today and stip lying about the 1hr notice nit given and turn the truck around and bring me my stuff...as i wait here on father's day weekend, as a father waiting to do fun stuff with my family. Ih by the way...the delivery window is crom 7-7.....

Ordered a mattress to be delivered to minnesota. Sales person called the district mgr and was told no problem. Delivery day came and tgey were going to deliver to my florida address. I spoke to them said nope. Was told only the temperpedic can be del out of state. Told her to cancel the order and credit my card. She took the card # said give it 48 hrs. A week later no credit and no one will answer the cust service # spoke to a mgr at another location was told it was close to close for the cust serv dept and to try again tomorrow. Are you kidding me. He said he would send an email but thats all he can do. Do they not understand that this is theft?? Ive paid them and received no product.

I ordered a Sealy Soft Cushion King sized mattress and was shipped a Firm. I called the store to notify the sales person, LUIS, and he said I got the right mattress. I checked my receipt and he did make the mistake of putting the Firm mattress on the order. I need the mattress exchanged immediately. No Customer Service - Charge to inspect defective merchandise

I bought a Tempur-pedic mattress September 18, 2018. February/March 2019 felt like the side I sleep on was sagging. When I rolled over it was like going uphill. Went to the store and they gave me the customer service 800 number. Called and waited 10-15 minutes. Was told to fill out a claim form. I did. Went back the next day to attach photos and the form was gone. Filled it out again and called the 800 number. After 10-15 minutes someone answered and told me no one was there that day from warranty claim department (Thursday). Was told to call back next day. I did and waited another 10-15 minutes. Voice mail came on so I left message. No reply yet, only three or four weeks later. Went to the store and they gave me district managers name and number. Called him. He was nice and informative. He told me I needed to go to a store and pay $79 to have someone come and inspect my mattress. If the mattress is found to be defective then I would have to pay another $50 for an exchange. ????? I have to pay $129 to exchange a defective product I bought from you? What kind of customer service is that??? Pretty shoddy business practices. Cannot recommend doing business with a company that treats customers so poorly.
