Mattress One - Bad service
Dear all concerns,
I want to complaint the staff at Mattress one. This branches is near Walmart in Conroe Texas 77304. His name is Brendon. I and my husband purchased mattress TEMPUR-PEDIC Rhapsody luxe king on June 7 2015 (10258170). Total is $ 4,870 and I paid deposit $ 870.

On June 7 2015 that we purchased mattress, Sales man is Brendon made me felt so impress on his service. He said after 30 days if you feel not good for sleeping on mattress, you can come back and he take care of us and he can exchange it for us. I still think that is so good deal and he is so polite on first day.
Until July 2 2015 I went to see Brendon again and I said to him I need to exchange mattress because I felt discomfort and pain on my back, the mattress is so strong for my body, I have develop skin allergy, There are red spot on my body and they itch like crazy. I got rash over my body.
I went back to Brendon, he doesn’t talk nice as the first day.
Brendon said you can exchange for 1 mattress and I said I want to get icomfort Serta and the price is only $ 2,000 so I knew that I have to purchase same price as first time. Can I get 2 mattresses then total will be 4,000? He said I can’t exchange 2 mattresses, I can get only 1 mattress and I will lose $ 2,000.
Then I asked him that can you please help me to get a good deal, you said you will take care of us on first day. He started to said something that are very different with the first day we met him. Then he said you misunderstand because you are not speak English well. So after he said like that I was very angry and I said to him yes even I am not good in English but I worked here 3 years I live here 3 years I still communicate with everybody well and never have problem. He is not respect to customer and look down at me. He acted so bad and looked aggressive personality to me. He should not say to customer that you are not speak English. How comes on first day he can speak to me until I decided to buy mattress with him.
Now I and my husband tried to keep sleep on this mattress but I still have some skin allergy but it is less than first week we got mattress. Anyway I will see if my allergy is not gone then I have to go to exchange it but I already talked on phone with some staff.
I want to let Mattress one knew if you have staffs like this man Brandon, you will not get good business in future. Your sales speak very good and polite on first day because he wants our money but after we paid he was so different talking, different acting. Sorry that I have to said in true even it sounds not good for Mattress one at all. It is bad experience for me with Mattress one and I lose my confident to purchase some other mattress with you.
Hope you will be considered my case and improve your service in the future.
I have to pay extra for another $ 580 even the price of old and new mattress are the same. I got very bad allergic reaction on my skin like hives, rash itchy but the sales staffs didn't care but finally I got exchanged mattress at another shop and have to pay extra $ 580 including I was so sick.
