I had bought a mattress and bunkie boards earlier....bunkie boards were defective, went to store to resolve problem and PROBLEM GREW!! Trusted salesman and Bought mattress number 2, 3 days later made my husbands back hurt, husband had back and neck surgery.
Went back and explained to person that sold me the mattress and the NIGHTMARE begun...I was told he would to speak with manager and cancel transaction, this is still ongoing!! Almost a month later, still have not resolved issue! I was told to come back to store several times and I did....lie after lie after LIE!!
Delivery guys put a hole in my wall that has not been resolved....TIRED!!!! Going to get attorney involved!!!
