hi i have purchase a mattress in Narcross atlanta Georgia my sales person was Derek i had purchase a full size mattress which i paid him in cash of $525.00 which the mattress was very very uncomfortable so i went back to the store and asked him to change to queen size and with pillow top, and then paid him another $300.00 in Oct 5th, when i got the mattress it was again very very uncomfortable, I went back to him to let him know and he asked me to send him pictures of the mattress, which i did e mailed him about 10 to 15 pictures of the mattress and still he asked to send him more pictures so he can e mail to the corporate office, and again i asked so what kind of pictures you are really looking for? , the pictures he said the under the bed which i kept sending him and now he asked me to send another pictures which is under the bed, the bed has a bed post which is very hard to see i had sent him the bed picture without the post and he still looking for more pictures the bed is tilted when i sleep in the bed the side of the bed tilted means it has a hole in the middle so i roll over to the middle every time we sleep either side my husband side and my side we roll to the middle cannot sleep on each side because the bed is tilting to the middle i kept telling this to Derek the sales person and he was very rude infact the first time i went to the store the other sales person name John told me i dont nt care about you and then he apologize to me what he said. i told him really so you don't care about your customer comfort and concern my experience with mattress one is been a night mare
