We purchased a king mattress on Sunday. The salesperson told us it would be delivered Tuesday.

So I rearranged scheduled plans to stay home. No mattress! I called and they said they didn't even have a ticket. I gave them my receipt ticket #, and oh yes, we see there is a balance.

I said, "No, I am looking at the receipt showing it is paid." Well, we will come Wed. morning. So I made plans to stay home again from scheduled plans, but now I call them back and it will be today between 2-8 pm.

Seems there is a deep disconnect between the salespeople and the delivery people. And, this experience has certainly altered my view of Mattress One.
