What a sham of a company.1) Filed a warranty claim in November 2) Never contacted.
3) Called 800 number and after a long time of no one answering was given no option but to leave a message. 4) Never contacted. 5) refiled claim last week with local store 6) never contacted 7) Called 800 number this morning and was told it was only to service local Florida residents. I am in Texas.
Was transferred to Texas 8) was greeted on the other end of the line by someone who said they had never received claim and to send an email.
Asked if someone else could help me and was told everyone else was running late and she was the only one there today.9) Refiled claim for 3rd time.
