The worst delivery experience I have EVER had!!! I purchased a mattress with a delivery date of September 28, 2018 and on the day of delivery, corporate called to say the driver broke his arm and they would not be able to deliver until the next day!

They said they would give me a $150 credit. Next day comes and this time, their truck broke down so now it would not be until the next day Sunday! Again, I was promised a $100 additional credit which as of this day, October 10, it has not yet shown up in my account.

Sunday arrives and their driver's assistant did not show up so he went home! If not for the District Manager calling the Orlando warehouse and demanding delivery and if he needed to he would to get the truck and deliver it himself.

I get word there will be a delivery on Sunday but it will be in the afternoon.

Delivery was not made until around 8:00 at night. Making it worse is that we had no bed.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: Efforts by salesperson and district manager.

I didn't like: Delivery service.
