Mattress One - 90 day return policy if not satisfied

After 90 days decided I wanted a medium instead of a soft. They make it sound so easy. Long story short I would have to pay around 1000.00 to exchange it. They really need to go over the policy better with customers.

Mattress One - Have not received My refund back into account

Purchased bed set on 9/3/18, they never delivered it, so now i am sleeping on my bedroom floor on a twin size mattress, waiting on my refund so i can buy another queen size bed. i will contact my bank and my attorney. please call. Me. No one will answer your customer service or your store number. This is bad business.
