Mattress One - Broken foundation

I purchased a foundation on 11/3 did not receive till 11/5 i notice that the foundation was broken about 2 weeks in. I contacted sales man 12/3 he advised that it had been over a month and coukd not be replace. I tryed the number provided but did not get an answer

Mattress One - Call 3 stores and corporate. No answer atany

I wanted to purchase one of their Black Friday specials, but nobody answered the phone at any of their 3 local stores or corporate. Went to one of the stores, they don’t have any in stock. They wanted me to buy one sight unseen and wait for them to back order it. No explanation for refusing to answer the phone.

Mattress One - Mattress pick up

I was trying to pick up a mattress, I called at 5:45 p.m. and told him I would be there by 7 to pick it up I got here at 6:45 p.m. and the store is closed and when I called he said they were open till 8 p.m.

Mattress One - 90 day return policy if not satisfied

After 90 days decided I wanted a medium instead of a soft. They make it sound so easy. Long story short I would have to pay around 1000.00 to exchange it. They really need to go over the policy better with customers.
