Went in to place an order for a mattress just to be told that the mattress that we looked at 2 days ago was now out of stock. We were told we would be called when they came back in stock.

About a week went by without word, so we decided to call THEM and were told the they should come back in within a few days. On that date, we went into the store and spoke to the store manager who we had dealt with initially. She was very friendly and remembered the quote she had given us (before they went out of stock) and said she would honor it. The quote included two free pillows and free delivery.

This is the reason we ended up choosing Mattress1One. She put the order in the system for the mattress. When I double checked about the pillows, she told us she couldn't put the pillows on that same order anymore now she had just completed it. So she placed a separate order / or note for the pillows.

We received the mattress. No problems or complaints on that. But the pillows never came, we stopped by the store to follow up. She told us that they just had a big sale and they were out of stock.

She had just ordered more and we would get a call when they came in. That was over 2 months ago and we never got a call. So we called the store.

We were told that the manager we dealt with, was no longer with the company and that they would not give us the pillows that came with the order. The store literally told us "YOU GOT DUPED".

Thank you for your review. I was going to go there today to purchase two queens and two twins on their BOGO ad.

Not worth the trouble. I have had to many problems with other companies to invite more trouble.
