When leaving after delivery on August 23, the truck hit and damaged our gate and did considerable damage.

We immediately called and the girl said unless we have a video of it, they can't take our word.

We told them the truck did so much damage it must have had damage to it's fender. She said she would call back after the truck got to the yard.

Two days later the girl we spoke to said they would pay, we should get an estimate.

We sent them an email with the estimate, no reply.

We sent the another and they came up with the original story, no video, no pay.

We called again ( after 4 messages, being on hold for 30 minutes several times and then told to leave a message, nothing.

They never answer their phones they are a terrible service.

Product or Service Mentioned: Mattress One Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Getting the run around.

Nice gate. A serious cash investment. Worth at least $1.50 as firewood.
