Ordered mattress a week ago and was told it would be delivered 3 days later. Waited all day and no mattress, called and was told it was out of stock.
Rescheduled delivery for 3 days later. Mattress was confirmed in stock but no delivery. Called and was told mattress not on truck. Called customer service to cancel order but left on hold 10 minutes.
When CS rep returned I mentioned not only poor experience with non-delivery but left on hold for 10 minutes at which point rep argued with me over wait time and said I was wrong, and on top of it all gave me attitude.
Never ever ever doing business with this company again. This was first and last time ever.
